Send a customer a friendly note with your Google review link. It asks for an honest review of their experience and nothing more, which is how Google wants it done.
In your Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews and copy the link. Pasting the Place ID works too.

Alerts
Reminders on your phone.
A post waiting for your approval gets a reminder the evening before it's due (7:00 PM), again an hour before, and once a day after that until you approve or reject it. A post you've already approved gets a single heads-up at 7:00 PM the evening before, saying when it goes out, and no reminders to approve it. Nothing posts without your approval.

New lead alerts
Every hour from 7 AM to 9 PM, one notification when a comment or message looks like someone asking for work. Each is announced once, and ordinary comments never buzz.
This phone
On Android, open the browser menu and choose Install app so alerts arrive like any other app. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and open it from there before turning notifications on.
